Insurance (million dollar coverage, liability, fire, and theft)- $112. Electric (Average over the entire year)- $350. Water, trash, sewer all together- $45. Security service- $35. Cable internet- $74. Phone - $60. Comes out to about $1,288.00/month OUR HOME EXPENSES::::(yearly/monthly average) House mortgage: $601. Electric: $200. Gas: $60. Trash:$15. Water: $35. Insurance: $186. (every 3 months) HOUSE Insurance: $60/month on 2 vehicles. Cable internet, TV, and phone package all together: $109./mo. Transaction taxes: $850. Comes out to about $2,116., not including groceries, vehicle gas, which is actually fairly inexpensive. So, all together, with our personal home expenses, and with the company expenses, there is an average monthly cost of: $3,404./month Leaving you $6,595. I know that sounds hard to believe, but it's true. My husband and I have pretty expensive hobbies, such as...video games and electronics. We are able to have, A LOT of fun, here at home!!! Then of course you have specialty items come in that are rare, but very profitable, for example: Final Fantasy 7 for Playstation 1. We purchased it from a customer for 1.00. Found out it was worth WAY MORE! We sold one for $50.00, and another for $65.00 on Ebay. That happens a lot in this store. You buy items super cheap, and later learn they are worth A LOT of money. See? There really is nothing to it, financially. Seems like a lot of money that has to go out in expenses, but over all, there really isn't, when you compare the income. We also offer a few programs that REALLY boost our sales and keep our customers coming in. Such as, every month we offer a BUY 4, GET A 5TH ONE FREE SALE. From the 1st to the 14th of every month, customers can buy 4 games, movies, or cds, and get a 5th one free, of equal or lesser value. People really take advantage of this sale, and plus, it boosts up your cash flow quite a bit. We also offer a SMART CARD. This is just one of our business cards that gets stamped everytime someone buys a game, movie or music cd. Once they get 11 stamps, they get a 12 item, of the same kind, free! No one else in town offers such a service, so, the customers LOVE it! We also offer disk repair and resurfacing. This is just 2 bucks a disk. We have the lowest prices in town on that! Other's charge 5 bucks, which we think is rediculous! That also goes into our little profit bag, because it is considered labor. The disk repair machine would stay for the buyers too. There is quite a bit of very expensive programs, displays and such in the store, we have invested THOUSANDS upgrading and getting the store ready for business. It's a very expensive process, just getting set up and trying to get customers in the store! Now, they just come in, and advertising is word of mouth. Place a Bid!
